How long will it take to get my kit?

What size canvas should I choose for my custom kit?

For best results, photos featuring 1 or 2 people should be sized at least 12 x 16in (30 x 40cm). Photos featuring 3 to 5 people should be at least 16 x 20 in (40 x 50cm). Photos featuring more than 5 people should be at least 24 x 32in (60 x 80cm).

Is your paint safe for children?

Yes! All of our paint is non-toxic and safe to use around children and pets.

How do I select my image for a custom canvas?

Here’s the top things to look for when choosing your image:

• The photo must be yours OR you must have permission to use it. 

The best images for us to work with are:

• Digital
• High resolution
• Clear, crisp images where there is a clear difference between the main subject (e.g. someone’s face) and the background (e.g. trees or sky). Portraits work best with close up faces.
