Refund Policy

The following are conditions in which we will or will not process a refund. For refund inquiries not included below

We process a refund in these cases: 

  • Order cancellations where the products have not been dispatched yet. 

  • There is an issue with the order (missing products, wrong products received, products damaged). In this case, you can ask for a refund or an exchange.

  • Products not received yet after 45 days. That means from the day you placed the order if after 45 days you have not received the products and the tracking shows as not delivered yet. You can ask for a refund.

We can not process a refund in this case:

  • Order cancellations where the products have been dispatched.
