Not a happy camper

I’ve done paint by number canvases before. I decided to buy from an American company and I’m disappointed. Firstly, I sent a photograph of my grandchildren. What I received was a cartoon version of the photo. If the photograph was unusable, I should have been told so. Secondly, a small picture with the numbers printed on it, would have been helpful, because once you paint over the numbers printed on the canvas, you can’t possibly know what the number was if you want to go over it a second time. Lastly, I’ve reached out to customer support via email and Instagram messager many times. I finally got a response informing me that I will most likely love the outcome when I’m finished. No, I didn’t want a cartoon version of my grandchildren in the first place. When I tried to reply back, I receive no response. Needless to say, I won’t be buying anymore from this company.

Some of the paint was dry when i got it. Quick shipping though.

Wonderful product - but not for kids

This was a quality product. I bought it for a 9 year old grandchild and the age level difficulty is more for a teen or adult. Maybe the company could consider creating one with larger shapes and smaller canvas sizes for kids to complete in one afternoon. The project was too overwhelming for children.

Not so good

Not so good! I ordered a canvas of my 2year old granddaughter and received a canvas of someone’s dog. I asked to cancel my order and refund me my money, and could I return the canvas. I was refunded and I returned canvas.

Disappointed

I have don’t quite a few photo to paint by number projects. Although the stretched canvas and paints were good they did not include a paper copy of painting for reference. I contacted them and after a while they finally sent a digital picture via email. That would have been ok, not ideal, HOWEVER the paint color numbers were not the same as my canvas AND the picture had a different layout as well. Tried to contact them again and it’s been days with no response. Unless they start including a picture with the order I would never purchase from them again. Too bad because I was happy to find a USA based company that does photo to paint by number. I’ll have to keep looking apparently.
